Raise awareness
Share Charlie’s story, raising awareness and reaching out to new supporters is just as important.
Can you share Charlie’s story on Facebook, twitter, instagram, whatsapp, email, text, a phone call, letter, tell your colleagues?
Do you have a blog or know someone who has a platform that can get our cause more publicity. Do you know a journalist, are you a journalist?
If so email chance4charlie@outlook.com and let us know how you would like to help.
Donate your time
Could you do a sponsored activity; a run, a walk, a swim, a row, a weight lift, a knit, a silence, a shave or something more unusual? Could you get sponsored to give something up?
Could you hold an event; a dinner party with friends, a games night, a poker night, a bingo night, a film night, a cocktail evening, a coffee morning? Just ask your pals for a small participation donation and you could help Charlie get her life-saving surgery whilst having a fun night in.
Or you could take it to the streets, how about a pub crawl in Chance4Charlie sweatshirts? https://chance4charlie.teemill.com/
Could you hold a larger event; a charity concert, a ball, a gig, an exhibition, a sports competition, an auction, a life drawing class, a beach clean, use your imagination.

Run an online event?
For those of us still staying inside. Could you run an online event, such as an online zoom poetry reading, online quiz, online Netflix watch party, online music performance, online art workshop, online life drawing and so on. You could ask all the participants to donate a small amount to the fundraiser for taking part.

Donate your skill
Are you a chef? A hairdresser? A musician? An artist? Could you use your skill to raise money and awareness for Charlie? We have already had an incredible meditation evening for Chance4Charlie. How could you use your skill to help? Could you hold a cookery class? A drawing class? A poetry workshop?
Please email us any pictures or details of events or activities you plan to do or have done so we can celebrate you properly on the blog!
