A great big thank you to all the Ganapati family, the staff and the customers!

Claire Fisher, Ady, all the Ganapati family, Ganapati staff and chefs and Ganapati customers have been incredible throughout the fundraising. They have been collecting for Chance4Charlie in the restaurant and takeaway since January and have raised a huge amount for the surgery.

On the 1st of April, Ganapati restaurant hosted a private view and fundraiser opening an exhibition called, Radical Acts of Care, which consists of 10 prints made by Fitz & Vinter (Charlie & Oscar), and postcard artworks made by friends, family and those donated by Peckham locals which will be on show throughout the summer. The exhibition pieces can be viewed virtually at: https://www.sickofbeingpatient.com/virtual-exhibitionexhibition It went live on Sunday the 7th April but will be continually evolving, as more works are added.

There was incredible food at the private view and the atmosphere was amazing.

These works will be displayed as part of this virtual exhibition and in Ganapati Restaurant. Where they will be available to exchange for a donation, all proceeds going to Chance4Charlie.

I got to sit in my favourite spot at the restaurant and catch up with my Ganapati family before surgery. It was such a joyful evening.

Ganapati has raised a huge amount for the fundraiser, as well as driving the momentum and spreading the word. Thank you so much to Claire and all the Ganapati family you have made us feel safe and loved throughout this fundraising. Knowing that we had you all supporting us and the care you have shown to us can honestly not be expressed in words. We love you all so much, Charlie & Oscar xxxx
